Modern Color: Confetti Inspired Wedding Invitations
Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 7:01AM You know the ad campaign "You can't say Ross Swiss without a smile"? Well, I couldn't look at these invitations without a smile. While they were in progress, they received lots of comments from my studio visitors and clients and they were so much fun to create. The bride came up with the idea of using a confetti of color and definitely wanted a modern mix of type. The bright purple, tangerine, yellow and terra cotta color palette and the overall design concept for the wedding was conceived by the fabulous Christina of Simply Modern Weddings. I can't wait to see what she comes up with for the decor and event design.
These invitations are digitally printed on 100% cotton cardstock, wrapped with a double string of burlap and tucked inside a striped-lined kraft envelope.
